At Grace House Solutions, we believe grace creates space for growth, healing, and new beginnings. We provide a safe, structured, and supportive independent living environment designed to help participants build stability, accountability, and independence. Our program is ideal for individuals transitioning toward self-sufficiency while benefiting from clear expectations, supportive services, and a respectful community.

Pricing & Requirements

Pricing & Payments

Grace House offers affordable housing with rates starting at $850 per month. Please note that there is a non-refundable Community Fee required for all new residents, and final pricing varies based on room type and availability. We accept SSI/SSD and private pay, making our housing accessible to individuals with verifiable income seeking stability and independence. 

Requirements

To ensure a safe and supportive community, residents must have steady, verifiable income through SSI, SSD, or employment, be able to live independently, and commit to maintaining a drug-free, alcohol-free, violence-free, and respectful living environment.
